Absolutely great hotel with EXCEPTIONAL view of the sea going by the name of the resort. The room was modern and tidy, very attentive staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a beautiful bathroom. Marvellous and beautiful location near by the Onetangi bay, close to cafés and pubs. Fine food in the beachside restaurant in the vicinity. Wonderful experience there.

My room was well-organised and fantastic for a view of the car park. The hotel's location was great and stunning, right across the road from one of Waiheke's best beaches with convenience stores and stores within walking distance.

Clean and well-supplied with linen and towels. Great location - just across from the beach and a short walk to cafes and restaurants. Got to experience the importance of mosquito repellents.

Bedrooms and bathroom need better ventilation. 40 A night charge for using the sofa bed is a bit much.

Excellent Location - just opposite the beach! 2 good restaurants just a 2min walk away. Clean apartments with courtyard or balconies. I could borrow DVDs which was good.

The telephone charges are a lot more than other places I have been to.

Appreciated the way our well priced and great value for money studio with outdoor balcony was arranged. Location: the hotel was right by fabulous beach and great dining facilities, the `` shores of Heaven '' and other shops.

We had a fantastic time at Onetangi Beach Apartments. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and bus stops. The apartment was comfortable and clean, and we loved the ocean view. The kitchen facilities were excellent, and we appreciated the outdoor table and BBQ in the courtyard. we highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed next door in the apartments which where very nice indeed especially the set up of the three outdoor areas i.e. downstairs and 2 decks up stairs.

Unit was a bit "tired" and in need of refurbishment.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! We loved being close to the beach and having great restaurants nearby. It was also great to receive information from the hotel about the area before we arrived. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also loved that we could purchase a selection of wine and beer at the reception.

Our room had a few issues that could have been improved. The lack of soundproofing meant we could hear conversations from other rooms, and people smoking on their balcony next to ours meant we couldn't escape the smell.

Great place for a weekend getaway or a family trip. Facilities are excellent as is the friendly staff.

I had an amazing time at this hotel by the beach. The value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices and great attention to detail. The location right by the white sand beach was absolutely stunning. I loved being able to enjoy the beautiful view from my room's outdoor balcony. The room itself was well-equipped with all the appliances I needed, making my stay even more comfortable.

No major issues, everything was fine.

We had such an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was superb, right by the beach with two cafes close by. The apartment was spacious and super clean, providing enhanced comfort and quality services. We were thrilled to find out that some of the rooms are dog friendly, so we brought our little furry friend along, and he was very welcome here. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure our every need was met. We also enjoyed the convenience of having on-site parking and the option to hire kayaks. The kitchen had plenty of equipment for self-catering, and we loved being able to relax on the terrace and soak in the beautiful sea views.
